Founded in 1962, the Tritón restaurant is a gastronomic reference in the Pedralbes neighborhood of Barcelona.
The restaurant’s menu shows traditional Catalan cuisine marked by fish and seafood. Furthermore, in 2014 it added a small menu of Japanese cuisine that is prepared in the central area of the dining room in front of customers.
